2025 CoC Annual Competition - Now Open

November 24, 2025 – The FY 2025 Georgia Balance of State Continuum of Care (CoC) Competition is now open.  The Georgia Balance of State CoC Board of Directors is seeking applications from eligible renewal and new projects as outlined in the policy and related materials listed below.  All prospective 2025 applicants, new and renewal, may review full details of the 2025 application requirements as they are released on this page.  Some important deadlines include (please see policy document and linked materials for full details):

  • Proposal Outlines (New projects only) - December 1, 2025
  • Renewal Project Review Application - December 5, 2025
  • New Project Review Application - December 5, 2025
  • HUD Project Application in e-snaps - December 15, 2025

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released their FY 2025 Competition Notice on November 13, 2025. As information is released by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, it will be posted on the Continuum of Care page
