2025 CoC Annual Competition

Following meetings with both the Standards, Rating, and Project Selection Committee, and the Balance of State CoC Board of Directors, the Balance of State CoC will be opening the 2025 Balance of State CoC annual competition.  All prospective 2025 applicants, new and renewal, may review full details of the 2025 HUD requirements in preparation. 

Important Deadlines

  • Proposal Outlines (New projects only) - December 1, 2025
  • Renewal Project Review Application - December 5, 2025
  • New Project Review Application - December 5, 2025
  • HUD Project Application in e-snaps - December 15, 2025

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released their FY 2025 Competition Notice on November 13, 2025. As information is released by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, it will be posted on the Continuum of Care page.
