DCA allocates both 9% Housing Tax Credits and 4% Housing Tax Credits/Bonds to qualified development teams on a competitive, annual basis. Review the Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) for more information.

Residents

DCA does not manage leasing applications for prospective tenants of Housing Tax Credit properties. If you are interested in living a Housing Tax Credit property, you must apply directly to the property.

    All required documents must be submitted by 5:00 pm on the dates below. Refer to the 2024-2025 QAP and QAP-referenced manuals for documentation requirements.

  • 2024 Excel Core Application 9.26.24 (XLS, 1.52 MB)

    Applicants in the 2024 4% HTC/Bonds round are strongly encouraged and requested to use the 9-26-24 version to avoid calculation errors in the Scoring tab which may result in an inaccurate Self Score. If Self Score is incorrect when using the 5-7-24 version, Applicant must use the 9-26-24 version. No other previous versions will be accepted.
