GA HMIS Training Materials

ClientTrack training videos are available to help agencies navigate all aspects of the ClientTrack system. These videos cover essential workflows, data entry standards, and system navigation to ensure consistent and accurate data management.

New users are required to complete an Assessment Quiz after viewing the training videos in order to receive their ClientTrack login credentials.

Training is hosted on TalentLMS, a user-friendly learning management platform that provides a centralized space for storing and organizing training materials. TalentLMS allows agencies to access training by category, receive automated notifications, and track learning progress across multiple users and organizations. Its intuitive design and robust features make it an effective tool for streamlining training, improving accessibility, and supporting long-term learning and compliance across Georgia’s HMIS network.
