We encourage Real Estate Professionals throughout the state to identify potential borrowers for our program. Our Housing Outreach staff is available to speak with your sales team about the Georgia Dream Homeownership Program. 

We recommend that Real Estate Professionals stay informed of the latest Georgia Dream guidelines by attending an overview training as needed. Our in-person classes are currently on hold, but you may register to attend a virtual training by signing up for the Georgia Dream Weekly Newsletter. 

As a Participating Lender and Real Estate Professional, you should be receiving the Georgia Dream Homeownership weekly newsletter to stay informed of updates and the current rate.

GeorgiaHousingSearch.org provides detailed information about rental properties and helps people find housing to best fit their needs.

The service can be accessed at no cost online 24 hours a day or through a toll-free, bilingual call center at 1-877-428-8844.

Available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 8:00 pm EDT.

  • The fast, easy-to-use FREE search lets people look for rental housing using a wide variety of criteria and special mapping features
  • Housing listings display detailed information about each unit
  • The service also provides links to housing resources and helpful tools for renters such as an affordability calculator, rental checklist, and information about renter rights and responsibilities
  • Property owners and managers, including Housing Authorities and private landlords, can use this service to manage their property listings FREE of charge
