The Office of Portfolio Management has added a new training department!

Our resident trainer, Tarika Dorner, will provide training on Emphasys, the affordable housing management software, the LIHTC/HOME Compliance Manual, and other related compliance policies. New pieces of training are linked below, email the Office of Portfolio Management for any additional questions or concerns.

This is your opportunity to ask your questions, seek clarification, and/or give us feedback! Please send us your questions here or come prepared with questions. Our team will provide important information about new opportunities, compliance, and policy updates such as approaching deadlines, changes to some of our processes and fee schedules, as well as a mid-year review of our portfolio through a data and analytics lens.
