Description

Developers requesting a Concept Change must follow the PCCR Instructions document above and utilize the related documents posted above to submit an official PCCR

The Office of Housing Finance processes all Project Concept Change Requests (PCCRs) for developments that have been selected for awards but have not yet received 8609 Clearance or have not yet been placed in service.  Include "OHF" in submission email Subject Line as directed in Instructions above.

The Office of Portfolio Management processes all Project Concept Change Requests (PCCRs) for developments that have been selected for awards and that both have received 8609 Clearance and have been placed in service.  Include "OPM" in submission email Subject Line as directed in Instructions above.
