2026 CoC Annual Competition - Closed
Update: September 30, 2026 – The FY 2026 Georgia Balance of State Continuum of Care (CoC) Competition is now closed. Following meetings with both the Standards, Rating and Project Selection Committee, and the Balance of State CoC Board of Directors, the Balance of State CoC is posting the final approved 2026 Balance of State CoC Application and the 2026 Balance of State CoC Priority Listing for the annual competition. All prospective 2027 applicants, new and renewal, may review full details of the 2026 application requirements in preparation for the next full competition. The 2026 CoC Competition is closed.

- Proposal Outlines (New projects only) - July 1, 2026
- Renewal Project Review Application - July 6, 2026
- New Project Review Application - July 7, 2026
- HUD Project Application in e-snaps - July 27, 2026
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released their FY 2026 Competition Notice on June 1, 2026. As information is released by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, it will be posted on the Continuum of Care page.
