2026 CoC Annual Competition - Now Open
June 22, 2026 – The FY 2026 Georgia Balance of State Continuum of Care (CoC) Competition is now open. Based on the recommendations of the Standards, Rating and Project Selection Committee, The Georgia Balance of State CoC Board of Directors is seeking applications from High-Performing eligible renewal and new projects as outlined in the policy and related materials below. All prospective 2026 applicants, new and renewal may review the full details of the 2026 application requirements as they are released on this page. - Proposal Outlines (New projects only) - July 1, 2026
- Renewal Project Review Application - July 6, 2026
- New Project Review Application - July 7, 2026
- HUD Project Application in e-snaps - July 27, 2026
The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released their FY 2026 Competition Notice on June 1, 2026. As information is released by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, it will be posted on the Continuum of Care page.
