How Applications Are Reviewed

A multi-agency review panel (ACCG, GMA, UGA Archway Partnership, GEFA, and other PlanFirst communities) evaluates how well your community is implementing its Local Comprehensive Plan.

Community size is considered to ensure fair comparison among local governments of different sizes.

Application Instructions

Please answer all questions clearly and completely so reviewers can assess your progress and results.

You may include supporting materials such as:

· News articles

· Legal advertisements

· Public meeting attendance lists

· Letters of support

· Other documentation showing community involvement and commitment

Application Requirements

· Maximum length: 22 pages (New application) and 18 pages (Renewal application)

· Page limit includes all attachments and letters

· Submit as one combined document (PDF)

· Pages beyond the limit will not be reviewed

· Do not submit multiple files
