You may submit a DMO Change to be reviewed by the Performance Review Board (PRB) by using the form and information links below. Please review the following information before initiating your complaint. Anything in the DMO change request form that is not related to DMO change will be disregarded.

  1. Reason for complaint

    Changes must be related to Destination Marketing Orgnizations within a government that is authorized to collect the Hotel-Motel Tax. Any information included on the DMO Change request form that is not related to the DMO Change will be disregarded. 

  2. Who can submit a DMO Change

    If the governing authority and Destination Marketing Organization are unable to reach an agreement as to altering or changing the designated private sector nonprofit organization engaged to promote Tourism, Conventions, and Trade Shows, one or both of the entities may file a complaint form as specified in Rule 110-3-3-.05. 

  3. When can you submit a DMO Change

    DMO changes can be submitted any time of year. They will be reviewed by the PRB at a future meeting.  

  4. Meeting all the criteria for a Change

    Provide the necessary information for the PRB to make an informed decision ahead of such meeting. It is very important all information about the current HMT ordinance, the contract between current DMO and government, and the proposed changes are all included.  

  5. Delivering the complaint

    Change requests must be postmarked or hand delivered to the DCA. Performance Review Board meetings will be quarterly, and proposals for change can be sent at any time. Ensure that the filing fee is included with the Change request.
