Multifamily Rehabilitation

The multifamily rehabilitation program will provide rehabilitation services to St. Mark's Towers, a non-profit residence for low-income singles, couples and disabled persons age 62 and above. Two six-story structures contain a total of 150 one-bedroom apartments.  These funds will provide much needed repairs to the buildings that were significantly impacted by Hurricane Irma in September 2017.
