Neighborhood Stabilization Program 3

Neighborhood Stabilization Program 3 (NSP 3), authorized by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act of 2010 (H.R. 4173) is a program designed to further address the national foreclosure crisis through provision of funds to eligible local governments to purchase abandoned and foreclosed properties.

Please note that as HUD issues guidelines for the development of Georgia's Method of Distribution for these funds, we will forward news, information and status updates to Georgia's local governments.
