OneGeorgia Authority

Economic vitality in rural Georgia is the singular goal of the OneGeorgia Authority – and we have the tools to help make it happen. From land acquisition, infrastructure development to business relocation assistance and entrepreneur support, OneGeorgia provides grants and loans for these economic development activities to qualified applicants.

Our task at the OneGeorgia Authority is to serve as a financial partner and catalyst in helping our rural communities maintain excellent quality of life advantages while also creating sustainable and diversified economies. Local governments, local-government authorities, and joint or multi-county development authorities are qualified applicants. Learn if your  geographic area  is eligible. For OneGeorgia Authority Equity, Rural Site Development, and Rural Workforce Housing Initiative funds, there are application requirements and deadlines. Prior to the submission of a pre-application or application, please reach out to your DCA Regional Representative to schedule an Initial Project Assessment meeting. This meeting will allow for the determination of program eligibility.

Pre-applications are due 30 days before the full application deadline. Please find the pre-application under the funding program. Please submit all pre-applications to [email protected].

Full applications are due on the second Friday of the following months:
