Notice of Public Hearing and Intent to Amend Rules for the Developments of Regional Impact Process

DCA will host two hearings to receive feedback on the proposed rules changes to Developments of Regional Impact (DRI) Process rules on Tuesday, September 9, 2025.                

The hearings for the DRI process for the non-metro Regional Commissions will be held at 11:00am.

The hearings are NOT about any specific project outside of DCA’s purview.  Comments should be focused on the proposed rules changes and may be submitted digitally to [email protected].
