Environmental Review Notices

Any individual, group, or agency wishing to comment on a project or ERR may submit written comments to [email protected].  All comments must be received within the fifteen (15) day comment period.

After revising the regulations, HUD allows comments from individuals, groups, or agencies even if they are not in the area of the project.  And the comments must be sent to the contact person listed within the ERR.
