Request for Public Comment: 2025-2026 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)

The current draft of the 2025-2026 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) is now available for public comment. 

This annual report presents the results of the utilization of funds from the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the following programs: 

-Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) 

-HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) 

-Emergency Solutions Grants Program (ESG) 

-Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) 

-National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF) 

In accordance with HUD guidelines, public comments are being accepted through September 22, 2026.
