NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Powder Springs, Georgia, in conjunction with the Cobb County Board of Commissioners, will hold an annexation arbitration panel hearing to consider an objection for the annexation of certain real property currently situated in unincorporated Cobb County into the corporate limits of the City of Powder Springs.

South of Macedonia Road and west of Ernest Barrett Parkway in land lots 765 and 790 of the 19th district, 2nd Section, Cobb County, Georgia
