2023 CDBG-DR Action Plan Substantial Amendment #1: Notice for Public Comment

This notification is for a substantial amendment (#1) to the CDBG-DR Action Plan for the January 2023 Tornadoes. The amendment has been posted to the DCA website for public comment and may be viewed here.

In accordance with HUD regulations, the amendment will be available for public viewing and comment for 30 days prior to sending it to HUD for final approval. All changes are accentuated in the Action Plan. Additions are highlighted in yellow, and deletions are removed.  

Comments should be submitted to [email protected] by Monday, January 05, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., in order to be addressed and included in the public comment section of the submission to HUD. Comments can also be mailed to:
