December HCV Housing Assistance Payment Update

As of December 15, 2025, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released full HAP funding for December 2025.  Landlords should receive their full December Housing Assistance Payment no later than Friday, December 19th.

Upon receipt of funds, DCA issued the remaining November Housing Assistance Payments on December 5, 2025.  

DCA appreciates landlords' patience during this delay while we worked with our federal counterparts to reach a resolution.  If you have questions about payments after December 19th, please reconcile your account and contact DCA at [email protected].
