FFY 2027 Housing Navigation Funding Awards
This memorandum details FFY 2027 awards under the Housing Navigation Program. The broad purpose of this program is to deliver housing support and related services to persons strictly defined as “homeless,” “at-risk of homelessness with incomes below 30% Area Median Income,” “fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking,” or “Other households requiring services or housing assistance to prevent returning to homelessness and households at 30% AMI with severe housing cost burden” as defined in Federal regulations for the HOME-ARP Program.
For this fiscal year, we received 44 requests for Housing Navigation Program funding totaling over $11 million. Of the requests, $2.8 million in funding is being awarded to 14 projects. Funding for the Housing Navigation Program projects comes from HOME-ARP.
