Public Notice for the 2017 CDBG-DR Action Plan Substantial Amendment #6: Notice for Public Comment

This is notification that a substantial amendment (#6) to the 2017 CDBG-DR Action Plan has been posted to the DCA website for public comment and may be viewed here: 2017 CDBG-DR Action Plan Substantial Amendment #6

In accordance with HUD regulations, the amendment will be available for public viewing and comment for 30 days prior to being sent to HUD for final approval. Changes to the Action Plan will appear in red font. Additions will be underlined, and deletions will contain a strike-through.

Comments should be submitted to [email protected] by Wednesday, March 05, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., in order to be addressed and included in the public comment section of the submission to HUD. Comments can also be mailed to:
