Notice of Public Hearing and Intent to Amend Rules for the Developments of Regional Impact Process (Atlanta Regional Commission)

DCA is hosting a hearing to receive feedback on the proposed rules changes to Developments of Regional Impact (DRI) Process rules on Tuesday, September 9, 2025.                

The hearings for the DRI process for the Atlanta Regional Commission will be held at 9:30am.

The hearings are NOT about any specific project outside of DCA’s purview.  Comments should be focused on the proposed rules changes and may be submitted digitally to [email protected].
