CDBG-DR Action Plan Substantial Amendment: Notice for Public Comment

This notification is for a substantial amendment (#2) to the 2018 CDBG-DR Action Plan.  The amendment has been posted to the DCA website for public comment and may be viewed here.

In accordance with HUD regulations, the amendment will be available for public viewing and comment for 30 days prior to sending it to HUD for final approval. Changes to the Action Plan appear in red font. Additions are underlined, and deletions contain a strike-through.

Comments should be submitted to [email protected] by Friday, September 12, 2025 at 5:00 p.m., in order to be addressed and included in the public comment section of the submission to HUD. Comments can also be mailed to:
