2025 Georgia Department of Community Affairs Fall Conference
This year marks a special milestone as we partner with the Georgia Municipal Association to combine DCA’s annual Fall Conference with the Georgia Initiative for Community Housing (GICH) Fall Retreat for the very first time.
The 2025 DCA Fall Conference will take place November 17 – 20, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency in Savannah, located at Two West Bay Street, Savannah, GA 31401.
DCA's Fall Conference, in partnership with GMA, promises an enriched agenda, opportunities for statewide engagement, and recognition of the vital work being done across Georgia’s communities.
