We are pleased to announce that registration is now officially open for the 2025 Georgia Department of Community Affairs Fall Conference, taking place November 17–20, 2025, at the Hyatt Regency in Savannah.

2025 Georgia Department of Community Affairs Fall Conference
This year marks a special milestone as we partner with the Georgia Municipal Association to combine DCA’s annual Fall Conference with the Georgia Initiative for Community Housing (GICH) Fall Retreat for the very first time.
The 2025 DCA Fall Conference will take place November 17 – 20, 2025,
at the Hyatt Regency in Savannah, located at Two West Bay Street, Savannah, GA 31401.
Due to high demand, the reserved hotel block at the Hyatt Regency is sold out for Tuesday and Wednesday nights.
However, rooms are still available within the block at the conference rate for Sunday and Monday nights.
