Project-Based Voucher Program

The Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) administers project-based vouchers (PBVs) in 149 counties in which it operates the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program and in other areas where it has agreements with a local housing authority. As of April 1, 2025, DCA currently has partnership agreements to administer PBVs in the following housing authority jurisdictions: 

• Albany
• Atlanta
• Augusta (Richmond) 
• Brunswick (Glynn)
• College Park
• DeKalb 
• East Point
• Fairburn
• Macon (Bibb)
• Marietta (Cobb)
• Savannah (Chatham)

Additional partnerships may be added. To confirm whether DCA has a partnership with a specific PBV administering public housing authority, please contact [email protected].
