Applying for Funding

Applications are due Monday, November 10, 2025 at 5:00 PM. 

• The NOFA, the application package, and other related materials can be accessed through the Stable Housing Accountability Program: Documents and Downloads section.
• Each applicant must submit its application through the eCivis portal by the due date.  Instructions for accessing the eCivis portal to submit applications can be accessed through the Stable Housing Accountability Program: Documents and Downloads section.
• Applicants are encouraged to regularly check the Updates to the Notice of Funding Availability section at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the deadline to ensure that any required updates are included in the final application package.
