Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) For Rental Housing with Service Priorities
The Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) continues to strengthen pathways along the Housing Continuum by preliminarily awarding $22.6 million in loan awards to selected applicants across the state, contingent upon their successful selection of a Housing Tax Credits (HTC) application within the 2025 9% tax credit round. Through the Home Investment Partnership Program-American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP), these funds are a one-time allocation from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This funding opportunity aligns with DCA’s strategic goal to align new and existing resources to strengthen pathways along the housing continuum by creating Service-Enriched, Affordable Housing for the HOME-ARP Four Qualified Populations (QPs).
