In this role, Kimberly oversees the business processes and policies that implement the state’s community and economic development financing programs, including DCA’s relationship with the Georgia Department of Economic Development and the OneGeorgia Authority. This group also includes Historic Preservation, Planning, Building Codes, Research, Downtown Development and the Georgia Commission for Service & Volunteerism. Through her extensive experience, she brings strategic oversight and deep program expertise that strengthen the delivery of federal and state community and economic development investments statewide.
