Craig Pascoe, Ph.D.
Historian, Milledgeville
He received a M.A. in American History at the University of North Carolina, Charlotte, and Ph.D., with a focus on the culture and traditions of the modern American South, at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Dr. Pascoe has lived in historic homes in places like the French Quarter in New Orleans and the historic district of Eatonton, Georgia where he worked to preserve an 1855 Greek Revival cottage. Through his research on the American South he has developed a strong interest in helping to preserve the region’s past by saving its built environment.
